Services
What working with me looks like.
The process, the industries where I look first, and how projects start — all in the open, before anything gets built.
How it works
Four steps, in the open.
-
01
Map
We walk through how the work happens today — the systems, the handoffs, the exceptions. That's where automation earns its keep, so that's where we start.
-
02
Design
You get a concrete plan: what the system does, what it never does, what it costs to run, and how we'll know it's working.
-
03
Build
My AI agents build it under my direction; I test it against your real cases and put working software in front of you early — weeks in, not months.
-
04
Run
Launch is the start, not the end. I watch behavior in production, tune against real data, and stay reachable as your systems change.
Who I help
Where I look first, by industry.
Different industries, same leak: hours lost to paperwork and follow-up. Here's what I'd automate first in each. If yours isn't listed, the pattern probably still is.
REAL ESTATE
- Listing paperwork and disclosures
- Lead follow-up that slips after the first call
- Showing schedules that eat evenings
TRADES & FIELD SERVICES
- Quotes written at the kitchen table at 10pm
- Dispatch and scheduling chaos
- Invoices — and the chasing that follows them
MEDICAL & DENTAL OFFICES
- Appointment reminders and reschedules
- Intake forms typed in twice
- Insurance paperwork that stacks up
RESTAURANTS & HOSPITALITY
- Supplier orders and inventory counts
- The same questions answered forty times a week
- Schedules that change daily
LOGISTICS & WHOLESALE
- Order-status calls that interrupt real work
- Delivery documents entered by hand
- Inventory that drifts from the system of record
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
- Client intake that takes days, not minutes
- First drafts that consume billable hours
- Time tracking and billing chores
Typical engagements
Start small or build big.

01
Automation Pilot
One workflow, taken end to end. We pick a single painful process, I build an assistant that handles it, and you watch it run on your real cases. Small commitment, real proof.
-
02
Full System Build
Several connected automations or a custom app, plus the plumbing that makes them reliable: permissions, logging, and a record of every action. Delivered in stages you can see working.
-
03
Website-First
Some businesses start with the site itself. I rebuild it for how customers search now, and it becomes the front door — ready for automation behind it when you are. Scoped and staged like everything else.
How pricing works
Priced in the open.
There’s no rate card here, because an honest one can’t exist. The price of an AI system is driven by the complexity of the ask and the AI models chosen to power it — some are fast and inexpensive, some are built for deep reasoning, others are specialists in design. Matching the right model to each job is part of the work.
My promise: once your work is scoped, you get a range of prices at different levels — what each option includes, what it runs on, and what it costs to operate — with complete transparency. Nothing starts until we agree in writing. No surprises, no meter running.
